The Manager manages overall service delivery and serves as an escalation point to resolve customer issues. He/She works directly with the US Lead and India Lead. • Provide guidance in the development of training curriculum for Operations personnel and approve individual training plans.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team – Team size - 60

Qualifications:

Service Delivery Manager:

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is the primary point of contact for designated customers and is responsible for managing the communication process in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. The SDM establishes timeframes and monitors progress, directs the development and implementation of scope of work, provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and maintains appropriate issue management and resolution.
The SDM identifies, defines, and oversees project phases, interacts with management and staff in analyzing existing operational procedures and interpreting how business needs can be better met.

The SDM has a thorough understanding of web and computer technologies, demonstrates proficiency in utilizing MS Project, MS Office, Power Point, and Visio, and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of customer service and project management experience in IT infrastructure management

• Proven presentation, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
