We are seeking a talented individual to join the Corporate Development team within our Financial Research group in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will work closely with the New York Corporate Development team, which develops new financial businesses and drives global expansion for the firm. Responsibilities include macro, business, financial, and industry research; detailed financial modelling and complete valuation analysis; attending management/intermediary calls and performing data room due diligence; researching and proactively generating new business ideas; and collaborating with the New York Corporate Development team on various other initiatives. The team will be actively involved in shaping corporate strategy for the firm and developing expertise in emerging financial services opportunities.
The selected candidate will act as a representative of the Corporate Development team and will be the primary point of contact in Hyderabad. Management responsibilities will include frequent discussions with the New York Corporate Development team on new projects in the pipeline, progress on existing projects, deliverables, etc., and communicating relevant feedback to the Hyderabad team. The selected candidate will also be involved in group level planning, recruitment, resource allocation, training exercises, etc. Your total team size could be between 10-15 people.
Applicants must have an MBA/CFA/CA degree/certification, with 4-8 years of experience in financial modelling, research and analysis in global financial markets. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and quantitative skills, a rigorous work ethic, and a strong interest in finance.
