Hands-on experience is activities like Process Maps, Standard operating processes, KPI, SLAs etc. Experience in Captive or Third party service providers.

Experience in support functions like quality, training etc will be an added advantage.
Service delivery experience adds lot of value.
Candidate with process improvement capabilities such as experience in quality projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
Supervising business architecture and process design activities
Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
