Purpose of the Job:

Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Finance Performance Management professionals support clients in developing finance organization strategy, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.

Experienced required.

Experience in shared services processes: F and A, banking payments/ banking operations/ insurance/ HR outsourcing/ marketing or sales operations/ IT outsourcing/ legal) (legal will be low priority) functional experience - Experience in managing functions such as A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets Accounting, Inventory, GL, Reconciliations, Order to Cash, Procure to pay, MIS reporting, order to report; Candidates having shared services experience in different industries like BFSI, manufacturing automotive and other industries. Hands-on experience is activities like Process Maps, Standard operating processes, KPI, SLAs etc. Experience in Captive or Third party service providers.

Experience in support functions like quality, training etc will be an added advantage.
Service delivery experience adds lot of value.
Candidate with process improvement capabilities such as experience in quality projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
Supervising business architecture and process design activities
Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
Supervising business architecture implementation activities
Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)

Job Purpose:
Coordinate the Treasury, Accounts, Taxation, Audit and compliance activities of the Finance and Accounts Department at HO

Key Accountabilities:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Experience:

Education / Preferred Qualifications:
Must be a chartered Accountant from a reputed firm with good experience in handling audits of large organizations including NBFC/Bank

Core Competencies:
Must have thorough knowledge of NBFC guidelines, accounting and auditing standards, handled tax related matters including tax planning, assessments, appeals. Knowledge of ERP – Oracle financials. Good in communication, team building capability etc.

Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of latest accounting standards, tax laws.
