This is regarding a critical & urgent requirement with IBM-GSDC for Band-6,7 positions.
Skill Set: Problem management/Change Management/Incident Management

Experience Level: 5+ yrs of Relevant exp

Desired Profile:
Total exp should be of minimum 5 years

Problem Manager:
Exposure to one or more of the infrastructure technologies such as Unix, DBA and Windows Servers Exposure to ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is not mandatory, but will be an added advantage.

Change Manager :-
Total exp should be of minimum 5 years
Exposure to one or more of the infrastructure technologies such as Unix, DBA and
Windows Servers Exposure to ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is not mandatory, but will be an added advantage.

Incident Manager:-
Own the Incident Management process within IBM Ensure that the provision of theservice is restored as quickly, ensuring the best possible level of service quality and availability and compliance with service levels.
Deliver benefits to the Customer including:
Services are restored as quickly as possible, in a controlled and managed fashion, following an Incident the impact of an Incident on the Customer business operations is minimized Incidents are managed proactively in the interest of the Customer Reduced disruption for IT support staff and End Users End-to-End management of high severity incidents reported from the point of initiation to the point of resolution.Participate in the escalation process and involve the appropriate service manager as required.Escalate high severity incidents to the Customer
Incident Managers and provide initial analysis or resolution reports to the
customer and higher management.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Controlling: Based on the plan & budget, you will ensure that the outflows are as defined, planned and budged. You will improvise the inflow by reducing the time between billing and payment receipts. Will control the funds that have to be spent for business expansion projects or new investments 

Planning & Budgeting: Will prepare an excellent financial plan with justifiable budgeting for the specific period (Year/Quarter/Month) and task/Assignment/projects/SBU. 

Accounting: Responsible for managing & integrating the accounting activities of all the group companies. 

MIS: Will prepare and present the necessary management information on financial status of the group/company/project/SBU at pre-defined timings to help management take well-informed intelligent decisions and to improvise the financial health of the business units/projects/any company of the group. 

Statutory Reporting: Will assume complete responsibility to ensure that company adheres to all the statutory body rules and regulations by submitting the necessary documents/reports (VAT, Service Tax, income tax and etc.) to the respective government body/agency. Will maintain Business Unit contract activities to ensure both legal and financial performance objectives are maintained.
