The company is seeking an individual who can take responsibility for project managing new business processes and infrastructure rollout.
The responsibilities of the role:
•Plan, perform and manage projects with the ability to multi-task between several projects independently and changing priorities and schedules simultaneously.
•Manage on-shore / off-shore relationships with the goal of becoming the point person for the business and IT teams.
•Document scope and approach of the project and maintain project documentation.
•Consult with the business for all technology related aspects, such as PC specs, server space, voice, printing, IT security, process functionality, etc
•Work with technology teams to identify and recommend solutions best suited for the business to operate from the off-shore centre.
•Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets; meet with key team members on a regular basis to review progress.

•7-9 yrs experience in ITES industry, with 3-4 yrs of experience in project management.
•Strong project management skills.
•Superior negotiation and organizational skills.
•Ability to lead with confidence and communicate effectively across on-shore and off-shore business and technology teams
•Exceptional interpersonal skills; verbal and written.
•PMP is a plus
•Experience in delivering projects that used remote access tools, such as Citrix, is desirable.
•Basic knowledge of technologies such as, MS Windows, MS Office, Telecom, Network accounts, Desktops and laptops, etc.
•Team Management.
•Exposure to off-shore Industry specific information security and data management standards.
•Exposure to business tools such as Workflow Management is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Exposure in making the Internal Audit Policy at the HO level for implementation across the organization with a clear purpose of audit, Scope of audit, audit object, organization & responsibility lines and frequency of audit. Adept in the guidelines containing the criteria of audit object, time schedule, type of audit (regular, investigative, special) scope in terms of points and material to be pointed.
2. Exposure to develop tactical audit plans relative to the implementation of the internal audit function's overall goals and objectives. Will be responsible for providing internal audit support for the business operations of the organization and may provide functional leadership on a specific aspect of internal auditing. Develop tactical plans relative to the implementation of the internal audit function's overall goals and objectives. Provides input into strategy setting and policy development impacting company-wide issues. Requires in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Audit Standards (AS), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements (preferable), controls frameworks, and financial services operations.
3. Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations within specific areas of a business unit. Through performance of risk assessment, identifies and evaluates fundamental operations and control issues, providing strategy and direction to attain compliance with control design and audit requirements across the organization. Has direct impact on the organization's ability to function competitively in a complex and changing environment and financial markets.
4. Provides GAAP, AS, SOX and internal controls frameworks subject matter expertise. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects & programs. Exercises judgment in determining risk assessment and audit methods, techniques and approaches for obtaining results.
5. Regularly interacts with the senior management, internal and external auditors firms. Interactions frequently involve skills such as negotiating with management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
6. Assists external auditors in annual review of accounting records and resolves problems or discrepancies encountered. Provides consulting support to management regarding how best to improve internal controls and remediate noncompliance conditions.
7. Manages the overall activities of the functional area with control of budgeting, staffing, planning and managing expense priorities. Recommends and implements changes to methods of performing work. Ensures that adequate staff and other resources are trained, available and assigned to meet operating objectives. Provides input to policy development to manage risk and exposure for the company.

Position- India Account Manager
Reporting to HO in Switzerland/ Regional Office in Singapore
Timely and accurate monthly reporting to HO / Singapore:
Profit & Loss / Balance sheet
Status of company fixed assets. Movements during the month purchases, disposals and US$ depreciation of the month.
Provide month end accruals information
Average and closing exchange rate for the month
Reconciling Inter company account (financial figures and quantities)
Timely monthly submission of the asset and liability report
Calculate deferred tax asset/liabilities on a monthly basis
Monthly Management Account Reports
Compile by the 10th of every month the entire set of management reports:
Variance analysis vis a vis budget and previous period
Detailed evaluation of monthly P&L with local management and group controller (including BCs direct costs and O/H analysis)
Detailed Balance Sheet with significant movement analysis including inventory movements.
Ageing report of outstandings
Inform management about significant issues and recommendations thereof.
Lead and supervise ad-hoc project initiated by the local management
Liaising with Local Revenue Authority, other official agencies/ Auditors:
Annual filing of corporate tax
Ensure submission of VAT return and regular follow up on the progress of claims
Timely and accurate submission of local tax forms per local taxation laws
Liaise with auditors.
Accounting
Lead the accounting team located in different regions for the 2 group companies
Ensure accuracy, completeness of accounting data in Navision via variance analysis and review of all journals before posting
Ensure accuracy and completeness of month end accruals
Review material default risk and propose provisions if necessary
Participate in the physical monthly inventory and reconciliation.
Establishing/implementing/maintaining accounting / work procedure / Internal controls standards.
Speedy and timely communication of important issues to Switzerland and Singapore
