Position : Java Tech Lead
Experience : 5+yrs
Location: Noida
Technical Skills:
*Must have at least 4+ years of experience in the java development field.
*Worked on JDK – 1.4.x version.
*Around 1 year of experience working on Spring – 1.x
*Around 1 year of experience working on Hibernate – 3.x
*Experience in high and low level software design using appropriate J2ee design patterns and tools like Enterprise Architect etc.
*Map client's business requirement and to product's technical requirement.
8Excellent Communication, Process orientation, Team work is must
*Technical lead experience of atleast 3 years.
*Experience working on Workflow Management Tool would be added advantage.
Soft Skills Required :
*Should be willing to work outside of normal business hours.
*Must have good leadership skills and strong process orientation
*Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Primary Responsibilities :
*Lead a team of Engineers, and be the primary point of client interaction.
*Responsible for delivery with excellence and meeting timelines and committed quality levels.
*Ability to work with team/management to ensure successful execution of team management tasks including scheduling, scope management, outside dependency coordination and priorities resolution.
*Ensure compliance to company methodology and coding standards.
*Responsible for the quality of the code produced by the team.
*Track metrics and provide ongoing status reporting at various levels.
