Position: Dy. Manager \ Manager - Migration

Band – 5 / 6

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose and Background/context:

Will handle Migration of Voice processes

Key Responsibilities:

Migration of projects from send site to CGSL. This would include:

1. Interaction with various stakeholders like client, Ops, etc… on regular basis.
2. Technology Procurement and set-up
3. Hiring
4. Training
5. Documentation – Process, Compliance and Regulatory.
6. Timely completion of various migrations / projects.
7. Handholding during go live. !
8. Hand-over of the process to BAU.

Knowledge/Experience:

· Should have handled voice migrations

· Experience around collections migrations would be added advantage

· Should have strong project management skills

· Should have been involved in process mapping exercises

Competencies / Skills:

1. Strong oral & written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers
2. Interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and networking skills across various functions.
3. Good blend of project management and customer management skills
4. Ability to work in a team and under ambiguous situations.
5. Should take a task to completion and be able to work under pressure.
6. Should be able to handle the assignments independently

Qualifications –

Essential:

· MBA with maximum 2 years or more of experience in BPO.

· Essentially should have worked in Migrations/Project Management with another BPO

· Should have handled voice related processes

· Should have been involved in process mapping exercises

Desirable

PMI certification or should be on the way of getting one
