We have an opening for "AM –ACCOUNTS PAYABLE" , with one of our top MNC Clients, based at HYDERABAD
POSITION TITLE          : ASSISTANT MANAGER – ACCOUNT  
                          PAYABLE
 
LOCATION                : HYDERABAD
                                               
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE     : 3-5 Yrs
QUALIFICATION           : CA (QUALIFIED)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
·         Monitoring of Capitalization and maintenance of records in Sub ledger.
·         Monitoring Employee expenses and employee Advances
·         Provision checking & Posting
·         Taking care of statutory compliances
·         Preparation of reports  for Management
·         Balance Sheets – Balances validation Monthly
·     !     Monitoring Payment Process
·         Reporting on balance Sheet items – Quaterly projects
·         Taking care of Banking Reconciliations and inter unit record
·         Supporting ERP Implementation.
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE:
·         Experience in handling Accounts Payable and Accounting Teams.
·         Experience in working in back office would be preferable.
·         Exposure to accounting and reporting.!
·      &nbsp! ;  Exposure to an ERP package like SAP, Oracle Financials would be preferred.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / APPTITUDE:

·         Hands on Experience on Accounting and Book Keeping.
·         Good Financial analysis skills and awareness of accounting basis.
·         Good communication skills to communicate between functions and within the team.
·         Great team player , keen supervisor, strong ownership.
·         Highly energetic and achievement oriented.
·         Experience in leading teams.
