Job profile:
HedgeRxTM offers integrated management of interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity hedging portfolios, including various derivatives like Options, Swaps, Forwards and Futures. The product also supports Pricing, Risk management, Hedge Accounting and reporting.
HedgeRX+ is a service built around this product. HedgeRX+ Service provides Derivative pricing, risk management, hedge accounting and reporting services to clients, who outsource the management of their Derivatives portfolios to Reval.
As a Team Leader you will bring in Leadership, Operation! al and Derivatives Domain expertise to HedgeRX+ team.
You will be responsible for setting up of new clients into the system and ensuring delivery as per agreed SLA.
You will need to have considerable exposure and interest in various derivative instruments e.g. Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange or Commodities derivatives and systems used to manage such instruments. You will have to quickly master of our flagship product HedgeRx.
The product knowledge would be then applied to provide outsourced derivatives portfolio reports to customers as defined by client SLAs.
You will be the point of contact for client's queries and issues and will need to make sure that these are resolved in timely manner.
You will be leading and mentoring a team of 2-3 Analysts and junior Analysts (mostly MBA's with significant Derivatives knowledge) to start ! with
Essential Skills:
- MBA (Finance) and or CA with 4 to 5 years of experience in a SLA driven operational environment handling complex financial products.
- Exposure and interest in Derivatives and Risk Management.
- Should have successfully managed a team of highly driven MBA's to deliver for at least 1 year.
- Should have worked for International Clients
- Would ideally be working for a Hedge Fund Administration or India operations for a Treasury/Risk Management operations handling Derivatives.
