Job Decription:
Deal with the day to day running of Ubiquity UK. These include - the processing of Ubiquity AP invoices, produce the payment runs, process AR invoice and chase for payment, post fixed assets, book any re occurring MJE, up-date and maintain manual vendor master files, raise manual PO's and tie PO's back to AP invoices.
Other items include - Maintenance of GRIR accounts for Avaya UK and Avaya ECS. Reclass fuel expenses and other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the finance ops manager.
The candidate should show the following attributes.
Proactive - not afraid to ask questions
Good excel skills
Strong financial accounting skills - i.e. able to answer a simple debit and credit question.
Willing to take a hands on approach
Flexible during busy periods
SAP experience desirable
