1.Experience in Finance and accounting back-office operations, i.e., accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, asset management, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, etc
2.Experience around moving decentralized finance and accounting operations to shared services • Design, development and implementation of at least 2 complete life cycle finance and accounting shared services centers in the role of team lead over one or more of the work streams, or as a hands-on project m! Manager.
Responsibilitie! s:
• Assisting in business diagnosis and planning activities
• Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
• Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
• Assisting in business architecture and process design activities
• Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
• Assisting business architecture implementation activities
• Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
• Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
• Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
Eligibility:
· Accounting professionals: CAs, CWAs, CA Inters, CWA Inters; MBAs / CSs
· Experience in shared services processes: F and A, banking payments/ banking! operations/ insurance/ HR outsourcing/ marketing or sales ope! rations/ IT outsourcing/ legal) (legal will be low priority)
· Functional experience - Experience in managing functions such as A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets Accounting, Inventory, GL, Reconciliations, Order to Cash, Procure to pay, MIS reporting, order to report; Candidates having shared services experience in different industries like BFSI, manufacturing & automotive and other industries). Hands-on experience is activities like Process Maps, Standard operating processes, KPI, SLAs etc. Experience in Captive or Third party service providers.
· Transition experience must be onsite and not remote
• Experience in support functions like quality, training etc will be an added advantage.
• Service delivery experience adds lot of value.
