1)Exposure to team handling metrics like Attrition, Absenteeism and Leave management.
2)Call centre metrics like AHT etc...
3)Handled a team of 12-20 agents.
4)Handled only an inbound tech/ semi-tech process.
5)Preferably (but not a mandate) an ISP process.

5)Preferably from an inbound mortgage/ billing/ invoicing/ collections process.
