DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation, supervision and management of consolidated accounts.
- Timely preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of MIS reports including budgeting and variance analysis.
- Smooth conduct of statutory audit.
Liaison with Banks, financial institutions on all accounting and financial matters.
Ensure effective accounting and administrative systems, procedures, policies and control in finance department
Liaison with tax authorities and handling of all tax matters.
Ensure effective fund management including
- Cash management
- Authorizing payment / expenses
Analyse operations and advise measures for improving systems.
Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
