KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communications, time management, analytical and team working skills

• In-depth Knowledge of Business Continuity standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of business continuity in banking operations and processes is desirable
• Should be politically astute and have a sharp acumen to garner knowledge of business.
• Excellent quality of reporting, presentations skills and ability to think out-of-the-box.
• Manage relationships of all stakeholders.
Job Description / Roles and responsibilities:
1. Lead Business Continuity initiatives within multiple facilities for Lines of businesses located in region.
2. Coordinate on business continuity planning and testing along with the operations teams
3. Establish internal procedures and policies for the assessing the infrastructure and processes from the risk of non-availability
4. Conduct simulations and test infrastructure components that ensure availability of services to customers
5. Liaising with other arms of the organization and global resources of the Bank in implementing best practices of business continuity
6. Engaging the business process owners and clients and incorporating their expectations in planning the recovery of business processes
7. Providing consulting to lines of businesses in helping implement Continuity planning and testing best practices
8. Conducting awareness sessions at all levels as required.
9. Ensuring Qualitative analysis and inputs in business continuity program.
10. Documenting and reporting on business continuity program.
11. Ensuring compliance with organization's business continuity testing program.
12. Provide timely feedback and do escalations where required.
Experience: 7-11 yrs
