Job Description
VP Change Management for Retail Banking
Responsible for - Process and Quality improvement
• 6– 20 years of relevant experience in quality/ change management/ six sigma/ ISO/ Kaizen/ Outserve etc preferably in Banking domain
• The candidate shall be responsible for Process and Quality management
• The candidate should have exp. in methodologies like SixSigma, Kaizen, TQM, Out Serve, ISO etc
• Black Belt ,Master BlackBelt certification will be an added advantage
