Senior Analyst
Requirements:
This position requires a solid foundation in a particular F&A functional area, effective communications to multiple levels of the organization, and knowledgeable of the other functions of Finance and Account. The position requires an individual who can perform process development, reengineering and improvement. The individual must be able to work well within a multi cultural, geographically dispersed, unstructured non routine team environment involving ambiguous environments.
Role Scope:
Identifies process improvements for a single functional area or tower within F&A. S/he will be responsible for achieving Centre of excellence objectives. Interacts with process owners, customer representatives and individual staff to document current state processes and develop future state process flows, identify and implement improvement areas, identify change control, risks, compliance concerns, and contractual or legal requirements while identifying operationally efficient solutions and delivery capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize and support repeatable processes and standard work products and tools.
- Ensure all processes are complete, thorough and of high quality
- Documents current process state
- Determine Future State Solution that is operationally effective
- Identify and resolve improvement areas, collaborating with process owners, senior management and Customer
- Providing Status updates
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation plans
- Escalate any cross tower issues or issues with support issues
- Participate in Acceptance testing
- Escalate issues and risks to the COE Lead
Common skill sets required:
Good communication skills - Verbal and written
Good analytical skills
Experience in 6 sigma - preferably GB trained
Research Work experience
Experience of around 5 years
Experience of working on ERP / Workflow
Experience of working in BPO environment
Specific skill set:
Accounts Payables / General Ledger Accounting – Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA / Accounts Receivables / Fixed Assets
