Essential: Strong academic background (graduates or post graduate in engineering/statistics/mathematics/management)
Desired: MBA/ Quality related certifications like CQM, CSQA
Experience: Minimum 3 maximum 7 years

Experience/interest in process improvement initiatives
Sound understanding of quality concepts, principles and frameworks
Good quantitative and analytical skills
Good documentation skill, process mapping
Exposure to Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL would be an added advantage
Minimum experience of 3 years as a technical or functional professional in industry/engineering areas
Good communication, collaboration and management skills
