We are currently looking out for SOX Compliance Analyst:

Client: One of the well reputed KPO based in Mumbai

Positions:
Team Member (CA/Inter CA – 2 to 3 yrs exp post qualification)
Team Leader (CA/Inter CA – 3 to 4 yrs post qualification)
Asst Manager (CA – 5 to 6 yrs post qualification)
Deputy Manager (CA – 6 to 7 yrs post qualification)

Requirement:
For TM and TL - Inter CA’s done their Article ship having understanding of SOX Compliance

For AM & DM – CA’s and should have worked on SOX Compliance.


Job Description: (in brief)
Documenting, evaluating and testing Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 (SOX 404) controls in a timely and effective manner
Identifying deficiencies and constantly communicating with the SOX 404 Governance Office and Business Process Owners
Assisting process owners in the preparation and on-going maintenance of SOX 404 documentation (process narratives, process flow charts, Certus descriptions, related G/L accounts/linkage, remediation plans)
Participating in all SOX 404 related training and other professional training to improve and maintain technical professional competency levels
Following policy and procedures the business has in place to manage risks, following all required internal control protocols, responding accurately and timely to all internal and external audit requests
Preparing and/or assisting with presentations for Management and the Audit Committee
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
