.WebSphere Modeler:
Client is looking for Modelers with hands on experience that are expertsusing the Websphere Modeling tool, meaning they have used the toolbefore in taking a Business Process and building it into a conceptual service model.
This person/persons will be teamed with a Business Analyst/subject matter expert who will expain how the service will be made and then learn fromn the modeler how the process is modeled into a service using modeler.
The perfect fit would be a candidate with six sigma certification and
domain expertise but, a person who has used modeler for process manufacturing could also be a good fit.
