1.Good knowledge/experience in Photoshop, Flash/Action Script, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and HTML.
2. To be creative, thinking, imaginative and dreamer to visualize the concepts and ideas.
3. Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D animation.
4. Should have experience designing logos, brochures, leaflets, stationeries and other designs for the print media.
5. Should analyze requirements & propose design strategies & solutions.
6. Should have flair to come up with different alternative designs and layouts within a short span.
7. Should have an extraordinary skill in collating the images and apply them in the work.
8. Should have good communication skills.
