Job Description:

Position             : Team Lead.
Experience        : Minimum of 5years of experience with atleast 3years in a similar role, upto a maximum of 7 years.
Qualification   : Post Graduate/Graduate in any Engineering, Science or MCA/Any Degree.
Location            : Chennai

Technical Skills/Soft Skills:
- Experience in IVR Development(CISCO IPCC).     

- Creat Call flows,Voice Grammars
- Must be able to lead 6-9 IVR Developers.
