The BPO

Experience:
Candidates with at least 4 years of experience in Accounts payables, team leading exp will be an added advantage.
Basic Job Requirements:
· Responsible for handling a team (from Kolkata) and managing support KPIs as per the Service Levels outlined in the SLA for various projects.
· Management of day-to-day project and service issues. Responsible for escalating unresolved issues to the Service Managers/ clients of various projects.
· Plan and track project activities and provide timely and accurate reports on project status. Requires strong exposure to Project Management. A certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
· Exposure to ISO/ Six Sigma/ COPC Quality certifications pertaining to BPO Processes. Must have worked on one quality implementation for BPO Processes.
· Must have the experience of managing 8 - 10 resources.

· Strong self-management skills.

· The resource should be comfortable using our technical tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project
