Years of Experience: 3.5 - 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out Automated testing (Functional/Regression) as per test plans, in a production support environment.
- Study and analyze software specifications documents to develop test scenarios
- Create test cases and test data in support of test plans and investigate data integrity issues
- Write, execute and troubleshoot test scripts in QTP.
- Track defects using Test Director/Quality Center
- Maintain and report testing progress and results to project team management
- Establishes and maintains test plans, test environment, test data, and test tools.
- Proactively work with other team members to resolve issues and defects
- Collect testing related metrics
- Assist Team Leads in achieving the goals set for testing
- Take up higher roles in case of exigencies; exhibit leadership skills
- Participates in walk-through, inspections, reviews, and user group meetings
- Works with users, systems analysts, designers and programmers to create/analyze various required project documents.
- Complies with the standards in the soft! ware lif e cycle and follows the strategies, plans and procedures.
- Prepare and review user documentation & training materials for accuracy.
- Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes, and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and / or functionality.
Position:- QA- Automation Testing
Years of Experience :- 2 –3 Yrs
Job Responsibilities:
- Core 1.5-3 years of total experience.
- Carry out Automated testing (Functional/Regression) as per test plans.
- Write test scripts using test script language of the automation tool.
- Acquire knowledge in business domain and application workflow.
- Study and analyze software specifications documents to develop test scenarios.
- Create test cases and test data in support of test plans.
- Understands issues & problems and takes initiative to resolve.
- Complies with the standards and processes in the test organization.
- Prepare user documentation & training materials.
