Job Profile:

Leading a team of 16 members, mostly professionals
KPO related nature of work
Independently responsible for few deliverables in terms of MIS reporting
Expected to guide the team of professionals in delivering their tasks
Facilitate in the planning process of client
Fix accountability and monitor the performance of the team
Continuous interaction with the client to understand expectations and agree on deliverables
Ensure cross training within the team
Facilitate in understanding issues and removing bottlenecks
Ensure the team is motivated and is performing within the framework of the contract with the client
Look for business opportunities that cab be pursued
Co-ordinate with both internal & external customers


Candidate profile:

CA with close to 10 years of experience
Experience in Reporting & Analysis
Good understanding of Financial Statements & Management Accounting
Experience in Corporate Finance or in a related KPO process
Excellent English language communication skills
Good Interpersonal skills
