We are looking candidate for the position of "Commercial - Team Lead" for our well known client, Reliance Communications

Location: Chennai

Qualifications : CA/ICWA

Years of Experience: 6 to 10 Years.

Designation: Either Deputy Mgr/Manager/Senior Mgr based on relevant experience

Age : 25 years to 32 years.

Job Description:
-- Preparation and Monitoring of commercial Process for Channel appointment, Monitoring of deposit’s accounting, updation of channel in CRT, SAP and other billing systems.

-- Ensure channel appointment as per the processes & by validating financial documents given by perspective channels partners & completion of channel documentation.

-- Ensure complete Legal documentation for all type of Channel Partners,
Periodic review of Legal Documentation, Termination of inactive channels and settlement of their recoveries/ dues

-- Ensure timely recovery of bad debts claw back by interacting with channel commercial team.

-- Ensuring timely Commission payout to channel by interfacing with channel commercial team.

-- Maintain adherence to business commercial processes.

-- Ensure strict adherence to processes for Channel payouts and monitoring provisions booked in financial accounts.

-- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

-- Ensure adherence to GSM budget as per plan & interface with business commercial team & report variance to COO / Head Sales & Marketing.

-- Manage agreements, receipts of deposits, CRT configuration for new channels

-- Ensure Channel Satisfaction.

Reporting to :--------------> Circle Business Commercial Head

Reportees Under Him ----------->Commercial Team Member(Prepaid Voucher Management),Business Commercial Team Member(GSM Interface).
