Job Description: Manager Finance
1 Providing overall thought leadership in Sarbanes Oxley implementation at a country level.
2 Ensuring proper documentation of all processes as per SOX.
3 Handling implementation of SOX processes at granular level
4 Handling external and internal audits
1.5 Eligibility Criteria
1 CA / CPA/ MBA. CISA will be an added advantage.
2 4 -5 years of relevant experience
3 Excellent Communication skills - Verbal & Written
4 Good knowledge of MS Office
5 Must have implemented and audit SOX processes in any organization
