Global Financial Process Consultant –
Qualification: CA/ICWA or M.B.A(fin) or M.Com with 65% & above.
Experience: 4 - 7 years of experience in strategy & finance. 3 years of Consulting experience. Good Oral & Written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Should have exposure to working with international clients.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for analyzing and developing a global financial operating standard for the Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable process.
2. Manages and facilitates efforts to build new financial operating standard, rationalize processes, and identify, qualify and present to top management.
3. Responsible for updating process documentation to ensure it is current with actual practices. From a compliance standpoint the individual will monitor, test and verify processes are happening as documented.
4. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
5. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Trains management and staff to plan, scope, and execute financial process within established controls. Develops formal reporting system to communicate results of activities to management.
6. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
7. Hands on experience in SAP FICO environment. Primarily working at SAP End User.
