We are recruiting for various processes in Hyderabad & Chennai viz. AR Caller's /Medical billing/AR-Deputy Manager's for US Healthcare BPO.
Quality Manager – Provider Process
Position Description: Managing the quality function for the Provider side processes. He should have operations experience in the Billing and Accounts receivable functions of Provider RCM cycle. Sound domain knowledge of billing and AR processes a must. Managerial skills to include managing people, coaching, mentoring and giving direction to the team. Reporting, interacting with customers-internal and external, providing feedback and process improvements. Must be willing to work in the Quality function of provider processes.
Position Specification:
Exposure to BPO industry is a must-minimum of 2-5 years in the Provider (Billing & AR processes).
Should have been at a DM/Manager level for 2 years.
Knowledge of Healthcare industry (Provider Processes) is a must.
Six Sigma Training is highly desirable.
People and Time management. Excellent Analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to exercise influence
Solid leadership skills.
Sound communication skills.
