Qualifications

Your profile ·Computing or similar subject related degree ·Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness ·Excellent spoken and written communication skills ·Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply ·MCSA/MCSE Win2k/2k3 ·Certified CCA/CCEA ·2-4 years experience in one or more of : Citrix Administration and NT/W2K/W2k3, CRM ·Strong system administration skills on Windows NT/Win 2000/Win 2003 servers  ·Usage of remote connectivity tools like Terminal Services, PC Anywhere, etc ·Working Knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS ·Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting experience ·1-2 years experience on Citrix Metaframe XP and Presentation Server 3.0 ·Administration of Citrix Servers and Farm management. ·Citrix load balancing and load management. ·Troubleshooting of Web interface (Nfuse Server) and configuration of secure gateway. ·Resource manager and reports generation. ·Expereince in Installation manager and publishing applications on Citrix. ·User administration and print management on Citrix. ·Troubleshooting of Citrix servers and user issues. ·Exposure on Citrix licensing. ·ICA client configuration and management.
