Effective sourcing of supplies and services directly impacts the bottom line. You'll be responsible for driving the development of all procurement processes and strategies for manufacturing and non-manufacturing lines, meeting and beating targets for cost savings, order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You could be assigned to a production line, one of our businesses, a geographical area or business group and commodity engineering is likely to be a feature. The challenges vary in scale from leadership of a team at supervisor level to leadership of strategy and multiple departments or disciplines at third level management.

Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (graduate) degree or equivalent experience
From zero to extensive knowledge of procurement systems
Sound planning and budget management skills
Project management, negotiation, contract management and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in high tech supplier management and materials management
Experience in managing a team
Experience in project management in a high demanding environment.
