Position: Manager Accounts
Qualification: CA
Job Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 6 - 10years of relavant work experience
Responsibilities:
All Employee Costs Accounting, Auditing, Compliance & Controls
Accounting Management
Review & Approve the monthly accounting reconciliations
Guide & lead the Statutory audit activity to closure including discussions with Audit Manager/partner
Guide & lead the Statutory audit activity to closure including discussions with Audit Manager/partner
Process owner for compliance & controls on all Accounting Matters
Review Process dashboards and highlight key areas of operational improvement leading to stakeholder satisfaction
Ensure compliance to local statutory requirements
People management - leading a team of 4-5 members
Monthly reconciliation of Balance sheet Accounts
To Maintain Accounts of the Company in line with Indian GAAP and ensure compliance to the local laws
Support to CFO on accounting issues
Ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of all employee related costs
Leading discussions with senior finance team on employees costs bookings and norms
Ensure smooth monthly closing
Competencies required:
Experience in managing teams
Good communication ability
Experience in end to end accounting and reporting is a must
Work timings:9am-6pm(Need to stretch some times)
