Position : Technical Lead
CTC : 8 Lakhs
Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.E / M.Tech. / MBA / CA / CFA
Domain: Preferably from Banking / Finance / Insurance Background
JOB ROLE & DESCRIPTION:
1.The Candidate will lead a team responsible for designing and implementing Java, J2EE based applications.
2.The Candidate is expected to provide hands – on contribution to architecture and design of the product.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
1.Lead the team to achieve timely releases of application.
2.Initiate and manage efforts to improve the quality of the product.
3.Help build the team and grow skills of the group.
4.Communicate features of the product, best practices, and conventions inside and outside the company and organize feedback for product evolution.
5.Provide and meet time estimates for assigned deliverables.
6.Work with Quality Assurance to develop test plans and strategies to produce high-qualty products.
7.Work with Technical Communications to ensure software features and technologies are properly documented.
8.Present to and work with senior management to communicate knowledge, ideas and opinions.
9.Other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE:
1.Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
2.Experience leading a team of Software Engineers
3.Experience working for software product developemnt company.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
Required:
•Strong web development skills
•Strong Object Oriented design skills
•Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSP, RDBMS and related tools.
Desired:
•IE DHTML DOM
•Advanced CSS
•AJAX
•Flash / Flex
•Experience with web frameworks like Struts / JSF
•Experience with UI frameworks like Prototype / Dojo / Yahoo UI
