Position Open: Transition Manager
Process:Finance/HR/Customer service/Payroll
Reporting Structure: HEAD- Business
Experience Level: 7-14Year
The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth coordination, transition & implementation of new processes. This role takes the lead in planning, implementing and managing transition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Set overall direction for the project team
Handle cross-program issues and risks
Handle cultural sensitivities while transitioning projects
Monitor progress to ensure program objectives deliver on time and within budget
Be the final point of approval for contingency plans and scope changes
Provide program performance reporting to program sponsors
Monitor the delivery of business results assigned to the program
Create and maintain appropriate documentation to support the delivery of defined transition objectives
Manage a transition project so that it realizes planned revenue, develops effective working relationships with client, service delivery & project delivery
Responsible for developing fact-based analysis that takes into account engagement objectives, which in turn drives delivery and / or project teams towards achieving customer acceptance of deliverables and developing/proposing solutions that meet/exceed customer needs and expectations and align with the Group"s strategy.
