Reporting to : Sr.Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES |
· Responsible for service delivery for a team of 40 FTEs.
· Managing a team, managing/ tracking SLA's /metrics.
· Pro active internal communication on SLAs
· Responsible for implementing tools and methods as per internal WBPO requirements.
· Responsible for measuring the daily process metrics and devising initiatives to improve the same
· Implement productivity improvement methods/tools from time to time.
· Plan, implement and monitor various development initiatives identified for the domain /account's).
· Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting the customer expectation while optimizing the cost.
· Provide functional support and direction to the team on customer support needs.
· Monitor the performance of the process and assist the teams if required.
· Liaise with SCM for sourcing / Recruitment.
· Assist with training and identifying training needs within the group.
· Responsible for driving Standardization & Stabilization within Transaction Processing/Back Office accounts.
· Responsible for identifying Productivity improvement / Automation opportunities.
SKILLS REQUIRED |
· Excellent accounting knowledge, exposure to monthly closure of subsystems/ sub ledgers, downstream reporting (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Auditing processes.
· Strong interpersonal and influence management skills.
· Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units.
· Ability to lead a team consisting of highly skilled team members.
· Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans.
· Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach.
· Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment.
· Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
· Knowledge of Customer's Culture.
· Excellent English written and spoken communication.
· Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills.
· Excellent working Knowledge of ERP packages (SAP, Oracle etc).
CANDIDATES SPECIFICATIONS: |
· Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant. For Manager Role, a B Com Graduate or MBA Finance with 10-12 Years of experience.
· 6-8 years of post qualification experience.
· Good working knowledge of US GAAP would be an added advantage.
· Previous experience in a BPO or Transaction processing business would be beneficial.
· Demonstrated experience of handling large teams.
· Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts.
· Experience in ERP Implementation will also be beneficial.
