Job Description
- Responsible for development, maintenance, and support of various PeopleSoft Modules with the data model of PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.8 or 8.9
- Systems Management suite with strong development experience with Application Designer, People Code, App Messaging, Application Engine, SQR, nVision reporting and PS-Query with Oracle database
- Very well verse with Integration Technologies with Application Messaging configuration and development of new messages
- Integration with Front Office module Pay Bill Management will be a huge plus
- Ability to provide knowledge transfer to end-users and other team members on core reporting functionality
- Effectively participates and leads technical discussions with internal teams
- Demonstrates ability to assist other members on the project by making sound risk/reward decisions
- Understands how the reporting tools and services can impact employer success and uses these existing tools to derive a business requirement oriented solution.
- Structures work activities to ensure team success
- Demonstrates the ability to define requirements, identify benefits and measure value
- Works on moderately complex technical problems with minimal supervision
- Candidate must possess strong Analytical and problem solving skills and must be detail oriented
Necessary skills
- Strong PeopleTools Skills like Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Messaging, Application Engine, SQR etc
- Expert level in Payroll, HR, Ben/Ben Admin
- Strong Oracle SQL skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems
- Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts and adapt quickly to changes
- Ability to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines
- Must have excellent analytical skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and a team player

Skills : Application Engine, Peoplecode, SQR, Peopletools
Modules : GP, GL , AR , AP
Experience : 2+ years
Location : Hyderabad
Strong experience working in a Financial Reporting environment (HR and Front office will be a huge plus).
Necessary skills
- Strong PeopleTools, SQR etc
- Strong Oracle SQL skills
- Good understanding of data flow within and between BI/AR/AP/GL etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
