Job Title: Accounts Head
Job Profile
1. Responsible for the Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) , Budgeting, Taxation, Tax deducted at Source (TDS) return submission, Advance tax deposit requirements and Service Tax return submission, provident fund return submission, professional tax or any other returns regarding the related functions.
! 2. Preparation of various reports for the internal purpose to be submitted to the management.
3. Preparation and maintenance of fixed assets register as per the company act requirement.
4. Coordinate with Internal Auditors as well as Statutory Auditors to ensure the smooth conduct of audit work, providing relevant information and report for the conduction of audit etc.
5. Drafting various internal as well external reports such as (1) spending, (2) cash management report, (3) capital expenditure budget, (4) financial plan, (5) financial statements, (6) comparison of financial statements to financial plan, (7) financial reporting compliance with India regulations, (8) tax reporting, (9) payroll record, leave record, communication to third parties concerning employee matters and accountants, etc.
