Job Responsibilities
# In-depth knowledge of Company law and compliances
# Good understanding of Industrial regulations and Labour laws
# Good knowledge of Contract regulations to facilitate contracts and ventures with
international vendors

About our Client
The Client Company is a 50:50 JV between Adani Group (www.adanigroup.com) and the Ashapura Group (www.ashapura.com). The Company is setting-up a state of art 1 million tonne Alumina Refinery and 500,000 tonne smelter at an investment of approx US$ 2.5 bn with a debt: equity ratio of 2:1 at Bhuj in Gujarat. The Company is headquartered in Mumbai.
Ashapura group is established in 1960 and is India’s largest multi-mineral solutions provider. Adani Group is founded in 1988 its business includes Edible Oil, Logistics, Power Generation, Coal, Oil and Gas Exploration, Gas distribution, Real Estate, Ports etc.
