Job Description (PS QA Consultant)
Job responsibilities include:
*Responsible for the PeopleSoft Test/QA environment.
*Responsible for the documentation of the current system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have:
*3+ years of PS QA Test experience.
*Should have exposure on PS CRM Version 8.8 (CallCenter & Support) testing.
*Good writing and documentation skills for preparing detailed Design Specifications.
*Knowledge and Experience in - PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
*Good communication skills.
Job Description (PS CRM Consultant)
Job responsibilities:
*The PeopleSoft CRM consultant is responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of the PeopleSoft CRM business solutions.
*Candidate will work closely with business users as well as developers to align the requirements and needs of the business with robust application solutions and services.
*He will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, designing solutions, configuring applications, understanding data structures and reporting information, and providing application support.
Candidate should have:
*3-8 years of total experience with the last 3-5 years in PeopleSoft CRM
*Knowledge and Experience in - PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
*Should have good exposure on PS CRM 8.8 (CallCenter & Support)
*Proficiency with SQL language and code constructs.
