Requirement for Team Leader

Currently we are looking for Team Leader: (CRM/Billing/OSS). Please find below the job description.

Skills:
- Extensive experience within the IT sector (typically 6-7 years" experience)
- At least 3 years Proven team leading experience
- Proven experience in working Onsite/Offshore delivery model
- Good knowledge in a specific area domain of the telecom industry, ie, ISP business, Order Management, Billing, Network Inventory, etc
- Strong Project Management skills, able to plan, manage, and execute on plans to development client solutions & proposals; capability to drive all activities to closure
- Able to forge strong internal partnerships and build a sense of team
- Self-directed and mature professional who is able to manage their own time and prioritize among many important tasks
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Enthusiasm and ability to work within the engagement and delivery structure if required to work directly on a client engagement for a period of time
