Position: PeopleSoft Functional HR Consultant

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

1) Work in multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools
2) Functional experience on HCM: Human Resources, Benefit Administration, Time and Labor, and Self Service applications. A plus would be knowledge in nVision, Time and Expense, NA Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Rewards and Career Planning. Knowledge in CRM would also be a plus.
3) Provide functional expertise in advising clients relating to any of the HR modules listed
4) Work with clients to clean up data issues in any of the HR modules listed
5) Provide data setup and module implementation expertise in any of the HR modules listed
6) Identify and resolve functional issues in client's HR systems
7) Complete functional steps included in the upgrade process such as data setup and verification as well as entering upgrade defaults
8) Produce business requirements and technical specification documentation for development requests
9) Provide functional expertise to assist in customization reapplication related to upgrades and patch/fix application
10) Work with multiple clients concurrently
11) Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems
12) Ability to analyze SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Messaging
13) Create PS Queries
14) Execute SQL statements
15) Have knowledge of PeopleSoft security
16) Read, debug and update nVision
17) Create project and test plans
18) Work on all phases of a project – development, testing, production support, etc.
19) Rapidly resolve issues in order to adhere to Service Level Agreements
20) Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with CMS standards

Required PeopleSoft Skills:

1) Minimum of 4 years PeopleSoft experience
2) Must have experience in multiple modules - nVision duty, Time and Expense, HR, Base Benefits, Payroll as well as PS security
3) Basic Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture
4) PeopleSoft 8.0 or better experience
5) Thorough understanding of functional aspects of the application
