Job Description:
TL - Payroll

Purpose of role: To perform payroll processing and related activities
Primary accountabilities:
1. Support payroll processing
2. Maintain Payroll related database
3. Process payroll related claims
4. Tax calculations pertaining to employees
5. Preparation and filing of statutory returns
6. Reconciliation's & Schedules
Significant demands:
1. Meet the SLA’s
2. Maintain cordial relationship with the internal & external customers.
Qualifications:
Graduation/Post graduations with good domain knowledge in Payroll activities
Experience: 4-5 years of related experience
Technical:
Good understanding of accounting principles, Joint Venture accounting concepts,
Strong Excel skills and proven ability to pick up new systems quickly.
ERP experience preferable.
