External Job Description : -

Maintain global processes design and configuration of the Oracle and SAP platforms to meet the tax requirements for all Agilent OU’s, products and business flows.-- Serve as a tax technology consultant within the broader team and other Agilent functions to drive process optimization thru design and delivery of new processes and evaluating new functionality. -- Work with internal and external resources to deliver results that allow Agilent to meet existing and future requirements.-- Partner with our support providers to resolve process issues that are impacting tax either from a system or process perspective.
-- Apply expertise to evaluate the impact and cost of change to the ERP.

External Qualifications : -

-- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
-- Understanding of the Tax requirements as it relates to process and financial transactions.
-- Solid understanding of Oracle or SAP functionality.
-- Must be able to do detail process design, data mapping and system configuration.
-- Excellent communication skills.
-- Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross geographic and cross cultural team.
-- Strong process modeling skills.
-- Negotiation, decision making and issue resolution skills.
-- Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time / Project management skills.
-- Proactive and self motivated.
