Education / Academic Criteria:
o BE / BTech / MCA / ME / MTech / MS with 3+ Post Qualification IT Experience only.
o BSc Graduates - Maths / Physical Sciences / Computer Sciences streams with 4 years of Post Qualification IT Experience are also eligible
o No Part time / Distance Education / Correspondence Courses
o Consistent Academic Performance (50% and above) in academics (X, XII, UG, & PG)
o Not more than 2 years break in Career / Academics or Non IT Experience

Work Experience Eligibilty Criteria:
o Be Full time employees from Tier - I organizations (as briefed) - (We would strictly not entertain any contractors, hence would request you to please do not refer contractor employees or candidates who are working as a Business Associate to any other company)
o Meet our Salary Band
o Should join us if offered
o The candidate should not have attended the TCS Selection process in the last 6 months.
