JOB SPECIFICATION ( Knowledge, Abilities and Skills required)

KNOWLEDGE :

• Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable function, Service Tax and other related Tax . Excel competent, Functional experience in Accounting principles and procedures,
• Strong AR background, with min. 5 years experience
• Should have worked towards achieving AR outcomes with end to end understanding of the AR process

ABILITIES:
Ability to work with large amounts of data, excel spreadsheets
Ability to deal in demanding situation and people .Meeting stipulated reporting Timelines.

SKILL SET REQUIRED () –
Good communication & interpersonal skills, self starter, meticulous, eye for details. Team Management and ability to deal with multiple stress points and work pressure demands.
Highly people oriented and strong influence power to deal with difficult people

• Strong leadership & good communication skills
• Process improvement skills
• High on initiative

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Qualified ICWA/ CA


MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 7-8 years

ONLY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
Media / advertising agency experience only
Should be from one our media agency competitors
