Key skills Required for this Position:

 The job-holder is responsible for the following tasks
•           User interface to gather requirements in FI-CO Module.
•           Configuration, testing, quality checks for new requirements and creation of transport requests.
•           Enhancing existing functionality in FI-GL, FI-AA, FI-AR, FI-AP and CO-CEM, CCA and PCA.
•           Supporting Finance Users in reconciling the data by proving an insight to SAP.
•           Managing helpdesk calls and ensure its timely delivery.
•           Providing functional specs to! ABAP team and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
•           Preparation of Customization and end-user documentation.
•           Conducting User trainings in FICO module.
•           Liaison with external consultants and ensuring quality deliverables.
•           First point of contact for all FICO local Users.
•           Assisting Finance Team in month end and Year end Queries.
•           Resolution of Integration errors across any other Module
•           Preparation of Query to meet urgent Business needs.
•      !      Must be Proficient in Report Painter ! and Repo rt Writer to meet the Different MIS Requirements
•           Exposure to special Purpose Ledger is a Plus 

•           Proficiency in Scat and LSMW would be an added advantage.

 Skills/knowledge/experience/qualifications required 

Qualifications (describe the qualifications considered essential to do the job, e.g., Chartered Accountancy, MBA, etc)

 •           CA, ICWA or MBA (Finance)

•           Preferably SAP certification in FI/CO

Skills & work experience (describe the skills and experience considered essential to do the job)

 •           3 + years of experience in SAP consulting with at least one life cycle implementation experience.
•           Must have thorough knowledge of financial processes.
•           Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
•           Strong Communication and presentation skills.
Key Performance Indicators
•           Problem resolution as per agreed SLA's.
•           Implement new financial functionalities ! in line with business requirements.
•           Drive change management for new SAP initiatives.
•           Drive other SAP initiatives outside the financial domain.
•           Efficiently manage the team.
