The company is seeking an individual who can take responsibility for project managing new business processes and infrastructure rollout.
The responsibilities of the role:
•Plan, perform and manage projects with the ability to multi-task between several projects independently and changing priorities and schedules simultaneously.
•Manage on-shore / off-shore relationships with the goal of becoming the point person for the business and IT teams.
•Document scope and approach of the project and maintain project documentation.
•Consult with the business for all technology related aspects, such as PC specs, server space, voice, printing, IT security, process functionality, etc
•Work with technology teams to identify and recommend solutions best suited for the business to operate from the off-shore centre.
•Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets; meet with key team members on a regular basis to review progress.
•erform tests assessments.
•7-9 yrs experience in ITES industry, with 3-4 yrs of experience in project management.
•Strong project management skills.
•Superior negotiation and organizational skills.
•Ability to lead with confidence and communicate effectively across on-shore and off-shore business and technology teams
•Exceptional interpersonal skills; verbal and written.
•PMP is a plus
•Experience in delivering projects that used remote access tools, such as Citrix, is desirable.
•Basic knowledge of technologies such as, MS Windows, MS Office, Telecom, Network accounts, Desktops and laptops, etc.
•Team Management.
•Exposure to off-shore Industry specific information security and data management standards.
•Exposure to business tools such as Workflow Management is a plus.
This position is based in Gurgaon
