§ conducting various phases of transition: Pre-Transition, Transition Phase & Post-Transition Phase. Scheduling & Planning Project requirements
§ Documenting the agreed outcome & processes

§ Leading SLA discussions with clients by involving relevant people
§ Ensuring continuous improvements in service levels by benchmarking the best practices

Education: Post Graduate/MBA
Experience:
- 8-10 Years experience (Min 8) with strong transition background in F&A, project Management skills, Client Facing, Strong understanding of BPO operations.
- Experience in managing End-to-End Transition activities and Process ownership in terms of Metrics, building Customer Relationship and Resource management
- Black belt certified is mandatory ( candidates trained in Black belt can also apply)

Description: - Experience: 8 12 years of experience in the BPO space - Relevant experience in Transition 4 6 years - Preferred transition / migration experience in BFSI space . Designation: Process Manager – F&A Location: Bangalore, India Qualification: CA (Qualified/Semi qualified)/ MBA /M.com Experience: 8 + Years Requirements: - Prior experience in BPO FA domain.
- Good Understanding of Finance and Accounts Processes (AP/AR/GL/Asset Accounting)
- Experience in Process Transition/Migration ( Should have done at least one transition)
- Good knowledge in Document Management System (imaging, workflow etc)
- Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP/ORACLE FINANCIALS etc)
- Experience in preparing SOP'S, Training Manuals.
- FA operations experience (handled minimum team size of 300 people).
Responsibilities: - Need to handle the project independently
- Need to interact with the client, manage SLA'S resolve queries and day to day operations
- To enable Learning & Competency Development defined for F&A
- To strategize & Establish Tech and Operations centers at various locations
- Responsible for meeting all productivity and service level agreement targets
- Responsible for driving the business reviews within the company and with the client
- Communicate and maintain relationships with client subject matter experts to enable exchange of technical and business process information
- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
- Hold team meetings on a regular basis with the direct reports
- Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness
- Provide hands-on assistance to your team in case of issues, both, through direct intervention and mentoring
- Provide the necessary training and knowledge sharing on an ongoing basis to the team
- Monitor and reduce Absenteeism and attrition
Specifications: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. (These positions will work directly with client)
- Experience in project management and banking operations is a plus
- Willing to Relocate and work in different shifts
- Minimum of 50% in 10th, 12th, graduation, post graduation(if any)
- 10th , 12th , Graduation needs to be regular(No correspondence or Evening college)
- Notice period has to be only 1 month .
