Roles and Responsibilities
Lead a Finance operations team right from transition of the process to handling operations Huge scope for expansion and hence the growth as well. Finance Administrative activities, Transitions, Payroll process, Accounts Receivables and Payables
Skills and Job Requirements
Lead a Finance operations team right from transition of the process to handling operations
Should be flexible in working hours, frequent traveling
Hands on experience in handling the Finance ops and in transition/ migration of client process
Experience in handling Shared Services in a large organization
Team management, Good communication skill, Team building, Process improvement methodologies quality improvement. Crisis handling, customer service
Finance modules of ERP, MS office excel.
Note: Candidate should be from manufacturing companies/Captive BPO/IT Companies/shared services have done transition and operations for Finance and Accounts. Not from Third party BPO’s.
