This a full time role based in Pune, India.
We are looking for a rock-star Web Interaction Designer to join our team, this will involve wearing different hats at different time.

Qualifications:

Rather than formal qualifications we are looking for a rock-star enthusiastic Web Designer with a proven portfolio.

Skills:

- at least 3 years experience with a strong web & technology design background
- an expert in rendering layouts in XHTML/CSS
- advanced user of Photoshop, Fireworks & Dreamweaver with Flash & Illustrator a bonus
- be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and have strong communication skills
- proven experience translating others specs and visions into usable visual designs

Nice to have things which will make us take notice:

- proven experience with working with developers
- understanding of or even some programming knowledge
- Flash & Illustrator an added bonus
