Job description:
Troubleshoot and/or assist in resolution of complex exception processing.
Analyze exception processing by using established measures to ensure accurate and standardized results and to control associated risks.
Manage operational risks and prescribe actions to mitigate risk.
Oversee and manage departmental work flow for bookkeeping activities.
Assess opportunities for and manage staff through process improvement initiatives.
Develop staff by evaluating, advising and coaching.
Administer and provide formal written feedback on staff performance
Provide formal and informal training for staff and assess their developmental needs.
Interview and select staff members and participate in divisional recruiting initiatives.
Manage compliance with Fidelity’s Human Resource policies.
Participate in the development and successful completion of group goals
Manage effective relationships with all internal and external customers
